User rights are set up in the User Manager application

provided with IP Director and can be set only by an

administrator.

3.5.4 HOW TO VIEW THE LOG DIRECTORY

PROPERTIES

To establish the ownership on a clip and the user groups to

which a log directory has been published, proceed as follows:

• Right-click on the log and select ‘Properties’ from the clip

contextual menu.

The Log Sheet Properties window opens and displays the

requested information:

3.5.5 HOW TO DELETE A LOG SHEET FROM THE TREE

Log sheets can be deleted from the Database Explorer. They

must be deleted one by one. A delete operation is not available

from a log directory.

To delete a log sheet, proceed as follows:

1. Right-click the log sheet to delete.

2. Select Delete from the contextual menu.

3. Confirm the deletion from the pop-up window that

appears on the screen

The log sheet is deleted from the XT Server and from the

database.
