The system does not accept several keywords having

the same spelling (case non sensitive).

2.2.6 HOW TO DELETE KEYWORDS

There are two ways to delete keywords:

• Delete unused keywords (without selecting them)

• Delete keywords from the Keyword List (with prior selection)

To delete all unused keywords in the database, select the menu

File > Delete All Unused Keywords in the Keyword List:

To delete one or more selected keywords, proceed as follows:

1. In the Keyword List, select the keyword(s) from the list.

Use CTRL (+SHIFT) for a multiple selection.

2. Right-click and select Delete Keyword from the

contextual menu.

Note

A keyword displayed in yellow means

that they are used in a currently

opened Keyword grid or dictionary.
